RJWorld 2020 eConference

LetsGoByTalking explores the potential of restorative justice in anti-LGBT hate crime, an area where it has been significantly under-used. The project includes interviews with experts working for the rights and protection of the LGBT community and restorative justice professionals. The data collection phase of the project ended recently, and the collected information was analysed. In Belgium, findings illustrated that though there is an interest in applying restorative justice to anti-LGBT hate crime, there is currently not enough information and experience in this area. The research findings will be used to inform knowledge exchange workshops early next year.

The upcoming RJWorld 2020 eConference will be a great opportunity to learn about the observations of the research. Attend the discussion of the dedicated project officers, Malini Laxminarayan (European Forum for Restorative Justice) and Baudouin Mena Sebu (çavaria). Get your tickets here: https://buff.ly/3hdDbVq
